From the ancient times humans wanted to reach the sky.
Daedalus and Icarus created two pair of wings and they flied up to the sky.
But Icarus forgot his father’s warnings and he tried to reach the sun.The wax melt under the scorching sun.
His wings dissolved and he fell into the sea and drowned.
The area of the sea where he fell took the name Icarian Sea after him, while a nearby island was named Icaria.
Inspired from the wing we created this beautiful winged pendant.
